Before a video visit
- If your appointment is a video visit, your confirmation email carries the link to join. Keep that email handy.
- On a phone: install the free Microsoft Teams app before your visit. You do not need an account. Tap the link, type your name, and you are in.
- On a computer: nothing to install. Click the link and continue in your browser.
- If the confirmation is not in your inbox, check your junk folder.
