Rooted Within Health is a service-area practice across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with remote care for patients further out.
There is no storefront clinic and no waiting room, which is deliberate. Appointments are arranged directly with you, which is what makes the early morning and Saturday times possible, and it means the hour is yours rather than shared with a schedule someone else set.
In-person care covers the north Metroplex, and functional nutrition, lab review and coaching are available by video anywhere in Texas. If your city is not listed below, ask anyway.

What if I live outside the Metroplex?
Functional nutrition, bloodwork review, health coaching and mindset coaching all work by video, so distance is not a barrier for those. Hands-on chiropractic adjustments have to happen in person.
Do you take insurance?
This is a concierge practice, so care is paid for directly rather than billed to insurance. Pricing for every service is listed openly on the Services page, with no membership required.
